Shipping policy

Delivery

Cards and samples are despatched by Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days. Bedding and prints are despatched by Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days. Fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order. Fabrics should arrive within 7-10 days. Wallpapers should arrive within 2-3 weeks. If you need a product more quickly than the specified delivery time please get in touch.

Where do we ship?

We are now shipping to most countries. The shipping cost for your country will be provided when you check out.

If your country is not listed, please email info@katiehipwell.co.uk with the items you are purchasing, delivery address and contact details. We will get back to you with a shipping cost.

Import Duties

If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Katie Hipwell cannot be held responsible for these charges. If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office.

International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. This may cause a delay in delivery.
